Suffering from Election Overload? This Will Help...

It's been a busy day and I was feeling a little rough around the edges when I found a link to this from a good friend in my inbox... Nothing relieves stress more than seeing pets play, (except maybe seeing kids play that is). Of course the music probably helped, not to mention the fact that it's filmed at the sea - One of my favorite places to be. Whatever way you slice or dice it though, these are some very smart dogs having a lot of fun!

I love it! I think there's a whole series of these and I saw one for Christmas where they decorate the tree. It's amazing. Now time for new stress as it's about time for the voting results to start coming in! Sue of Robin and Sue

Hi Sue ~ I haven't seen any of the others. This one did wonders for me - I watched it twice and I'm not even really a dog person! (I have a cat who I blog about occasionally). Of course the water helped in this video, plus the excellent choice of music. Very clever guys if you ask me.

Oh well, back to the stress for me now as I watch and see how the evening unfolds...

Hi Denise ~ What fun!! I can only imagine what filming that was like - it's quite the crew.  And thanks to Sue - I'm going to look for the others too.  Reminds me of our local reservoir - there's a walking path and Cambridge dogs can go off leash. It's a huge destination spot for dogs and their owners. I'm not into dogs really but it is a blast to watch them socialize.

I hear you about the stress - I've been doing pretty good on cutting down on snacks and desserts (with the exception of all that Halloween candy!) but I stopped for salsa, chips and slice and bake chocolate chip cookies on my way home.  My family and I will call each other for much of the evening but I'm sure that I'll be the last one standing - MSNBC is on until 3 am and then the local station comes on at 4:30. Nervewrackamenti!!

Hi Liz ~ It really is an amazing video, isn't it? You don't even have to be a dog lover to like it.

It did wonders for my stress levels. I'll be thinking of you as the evening develops. Salsa, chips AND chocolate chip cookies. You definitely intend on being the last "man" standing!

Denise - OMG!!! That was adorable! As a dog mama, I love taking my fur babies to the beach (we're only about 20min from the beach). Oddly enough, my golden retriever (water dog - right???) doesn't like waves but he likes playing ball on the beach. The springer spaniel, of course, loves it and my little corgi who I didn't think would like the beach absolutely loves it too.

Hey Donne, it impressed us non dog people, you as a dog mama must be over the moon.;-)

BTW, I am jealous. 20 minutes from the sea. I'm from Wales and live in Iowa - One thing I miss is the sea...
