I visited a friend in Colorado over Easter and this looks a lot like the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder. Looks like a great draw to get people out and walking!
Hi Julia ~ Yes it is a great draw. Regardless of the the day of the week there are always folks walking around or just hanging out there. The splash pad is obviously huge on hot days, not to mention the fabulous play area. And all of that right in front of the library. You've got to give credit where credit is due - That was a brilliant move!
The Downtown and Campus areas of Iowa City are so nice and relaxing great place to just relax and enjoy local entertainment.
