Market Reports for Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty & Tiffin, IA
If you live in the Iowa City area, then you'll know that Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty and Tiffin are all within a stone's throw of one another. What might surprise you is that even though that is the case, there are some major differences when it comes to home sales in the area. Just take a look at my market reports for the different areas below and you will see what I mean.
The reason I mention the differences is that if you're selling a home in the Iowa City area this is important to you. Real estate is local. You need to know what buyers are buying and what they are not buying. These market reports will give you a good starting point to see where the real estate market is at in your town. After that you will need to drill it down some more to find out what's going on in the neighborhoods closest to where your house is located. That's where the trusty CMA, Current Market Analysis, comes in handy. Once you know what's going on in your neighborhood you can work on a strategy to get your home sold. Selling a home starts with a plan and the first thing to do is get informed on the market!
